The pear and spice aromas carry through on the palate, where the elegant crisp acidity is nicely balanced with the 6 g/L residual sugar. The wine as a medium weight mouth feel, nice length and persistence. Already a pleasure to drink, this wine will develop richness and complexity from cellaring, if you can refrain from immediate drinking.

We suggest drinking it as an aperitif with light snacks, summer salads or partnering with Thai cuisine. It will also go very well with a range of seafood or shellfish dishes.
