The pear and spice aromas carry through to the palate, where the elegant crisp acidity is nicely balanced with the 7.5g/L residual sugar. The wine as a medium weight mouth feel, nice length and persistence. Already a pleasure to drink, this wine will develop richness and complexity from cellaring, if you can refrain from immediate drinking.

We suggest drinking it as an aperitif with light snacks, or partnering with Asian cuisine. It will also match well with a range of seafood or shellfish dishes.
