General

In New Zealand the legal age to buy and consume alcoholic beverages is 18 years of age.
By completing the Join the Friends of 36 Bottles or My Account application forms, including stating their date of birth, a user is declaring that they are over 18 years of age, and can legally order and purchase wine on this web site.
Purchasers using this site must confirm at each purchase that they are of legal age to purchase wine and that if the recipient of the order is a different person, that the recipient is of legal age to receive the wine purchased.
Final order bottle quantity must total multiples of 6 e.g. 6,12,18 etc.
All prices are shown in NZD and include GST. Freight charges are additional.
Purchases of 12 or more bottles will be delivered freight free.
Wine purchased from this website shop will only be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.

People from overseas who wish to purchase wine should contact us by email so that we can make suitable arrangements for purchase of wine and the deliver the wine to your country.

Ownership of the wine and risk transfers to the purchaser at the time the wine order is dispatched.
If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty, we will replace it upon your request. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to 36 Bottles within 24 hours of wine being delivered.

We undertake not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information to any other company or association, which is not directly involved with the sale, storage or delivery of your order.
