The wine is brilliant, with pale lime green / golden highlights. It has aromas of fresh pears, quince, spice and floral notes. In a dry style the balanced flavours, elegant acidity and medium weight make this a pleasure to drink, and a serious food wine.

COLOUR | Brilliant. Very pale with a straw tinge.
AROMAS | Exhibits aromas of nashi pear, mineral and flint notes, and white florals. Evolves an aroma in the glass evocative of bush honey.
TASTE | Nashi pears, crisp apple with notes of mineral / flint and an overlay of bush honey..
TEXTURE | A medium weight wine, in a dry style (the Grigio style) with 4 g/L residual sugar. Showing good palate lenght and a lingering juicy persistency. There are nice textural elements and richness in this wine.
DRINKING | A wine of some finesse in full flight with the structure to continue to develop and drink well for the next 2 years.
RECIPES | Try this wine as an aperitif, with light entree dishes, Thai cuisine, blue cheese and quince paste; or as an alternative to Chardonnay.
