The wine is brilliant, with pale lime green highlights. It has aromas of citrus, honeysuckle and floral notes. In the dry style the balanced flavours, elegant acidity and medium weight make this a pleasure to drink, and a very serious wine.
Region - Central Otago / Bannockburn
The wine is brilliant, very pale with light lime green highlights. It exhibits aromas of lime, citrus, honeysuckle and floral notes. The lime and honeysuckle aromas carry through on the palate, where the elegant acidity and 12 g/L residual sugar combine to give the wine tension and energy. Long lingering back palate, with layers of fruit, citrus flavours and acid in harmony. Already a pleasure to drink, this wine will develop richness and complexity from cellaring over the next 5 plus years, if you can refrain from immediate drinking.
We suggest drinking it as an aperitif with light snacks, summer salads or partnering with Thai cuisine. It will also go very well with lunch as a wine by the glass
